Neate Projects Pty Ltd is a family building design and drafting business established in the Sutherland Shire on the southern outskirts of Sydney and have since expanded their business to the Southern Coast, Illawarra and Kiama region.

The team currently consists of Director/Owner David Neate and his daughter Holly with a combined experience of over 30+ years designing an array of various residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Both David and Holly are passionate about fulfilling each clients individual requirements whilst maintaining the Neate Projects signature design flair. Each project has it's own unique challenges which they aim to overcome with their expertise and sound industry knowledge to achieve the desired result.

Neate Projects are well respected within the building industry and have a good working relationship with local builders to ensure a quality product from start to finish.
