OUR PROCESS
STEP 1
We meet you on site to discuss your design brief & then prepare a fee proposal for your consideration based on the scope of work.
STEP 2
We conduct a complete site measure of the existing dwelling or visit your new land.
We provide fully dimensioned concept plans and 3D images of your new design.
STEP 3
We then work up the finalised concept sketch plans to achieve all of the documentation that is required to be submitted for planning approval.
We lodge your application for you and once approved we can assist with organising the required consultants (e.g. certifiers, engineers, builders)
